L. Clifford Brisson, Jr. was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina on July 9, 1953. He received his B. S. degree in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975, and his J. D. degree from North Carolina Central University in 1978. Mr. Brisson was licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 1978. He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Cumberland County Bar. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of North Carolina and the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.
